The late John Berkey was the artist responsible for the iconic art of the original Star Wars trilogy. His work has inspired a generation of artists and continues to inspire every day. Truly a master, no words can do his skill justice. Just observe. (Also, he was old school. That means no photoshop, kids.)

I love John Berkey’s work!!! You honestly got to give it up to the man. It’s hard to think nowadays in the digital age of Photoshop/Illustrator that people use to do everything by hand and make it look better than anything made on a computer program!
